Summary:
The study investigates on the effectiveness and efficiency of insolvency consultation in Bavaria. The evaluation is intended to create the basis for a new organisation of this area of consultation which is carried out by charity and municipal organisations. It is based on empirical surveys among the 119 helpdesks for insolvent persons in Bavaria.
