Through the provision of information and comparative research on employment policies and labour market trends the
European Employment Observatory contributes to the European Employment Strategy. At present two networks are operating:

·                       MISEP publishes information on labour market policies measures in the Member States to support labour services and policy actors and to promote the exchange of experience on good practices.

·                       SYSDEM reports in a comparative way on selected issues in the area of labour market and employment policies and is used for ad-hoc consultation of the European Commission.
