Project description:
In cooperation with Bernhard Brunhes International (Paris) Economix was assigned by the European Commission (Directorate General for Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities) to evaluate the community initiative EQUAL on European level. This analysis had the task to assess the national programmes for the initiative and its implementation on the basis of national evaluations and own expert networks and to work out conclusions for the restructuring of the community initiative and the European Employment Strategy. The strengthening of the entrepreneurial spirit is an important part of European Employment Strategy. The analysis finished by the end of 2006.
